ALWAYS over an hr wait! Need more employees working after 3pm during week days, 2 or 3 employees cutting hair doesn’t “cut” it when there comes to be a 2hr wait. Step up your game! @sportsclips cottage grove!

Hair cuts are good, however, wait times no matter what day or time are well over an hour. Hire more people. Also your check in website does not work and asks for your birthday but does not go past the current day so what is that about?
